Scoped before we start.
Every engagement begins with a conversation and a Readiness Review. The rest is priced to the program—your scope, your framework, your timeline. No tiers, no list rates.
Three services. Every one priced to your program.
We sit with you, read your environment and timeline, and come back with a fixed-fee proposal. No procurement guesswork; no hourly creep.
Readiness Reviews
A senior-led two-week read on where your program lands versus the target framework—and a prioritized plan to close the gaps.
Compliance Programs
Stand up or remediate FedRAMP, CMMC, NIST 800-53, and SOC 2 programs. Documented, defensible, and actually operating.
Human Risk & Behavior
Measurable behavior change, not annual training. We move the behaviors behind the risk—powered by SIMCIA Engage.
Platform pricing — separate from services.
SIMCIA Engage is our human-risk platform. Pricing is per-seat with volume tiers and federal pricing options. If you’re running a Compliance Program with us, Engage bundles at a reduced rate.
About how we work.
Why no list pricing?
Federal-adjacent security work is too varied to price off a menu. A 50-person health-tech contractor preparing for FedRAMP Moderate has fundamentally different scope than a 4,000-person federal integrator extending an existing ATO. We scope, we propose, we deliver. Once we’ve agreed scope, the fee is fixed.
Do you require long contracts?
Our Readiness Review is a one-time, fixed-fee engagement. Compliance Programs typically run 3–9 months with a defined exit. Human Risk & Behavior is ongoing because behavior change is ongoing—but with month-to-month notice periods.
How fast can you start?
Most engagements kick off within two weeks. Readiness Reviews tend to start within 10 days of signature.
Do you work with federal agencies directly?
Yes—through prime contractors and directly under our NAICS codes. SAM.gov registered. Cleared personnel available for sensitive engagements.
Let’s talk through where you are.
Got 15 minutes? A Readiness Review gives you a prioritized, framework-mapped picture of your program—and a plan you can act on Monday.
